Why apple sucks?

11:18
March 2012 I am an IT Professional in Victoria Canada who fixes almost anything I can get my hands on. Mostly I work on Apple and Windows devices. This video is to take a look at the real reason to stay away from Apple. My goal is to help educate people on how bad apple really is as a company. EDIT Jan 2015: I made this video awhile ago and although I still hate apple a lot of what I said I look at differently now. In some ways my energy lvl was a tad bit much in this video but I don't dare take it down as plp still like the video. This was back when I was a really good depot tech, these days I hardly touch hardware as I work as a Technical Support Analyst and do more system administrative tasks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubzFTTfRhDc&feature=related & http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ho7SenZEpcI&feature=related Their new MacbookPro has no optical drive, ethernet port, or firewire! Phonebloks - A phone for long term use.

04:02
Help spread the word: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/2931-phonebloks "Everyday we throw away millions of electronic devices, because they get old and become worn out. But usually it's only one of the components that causes the problem. The rest of the device works fine but is needlessly thrown away. Simple because electronic devices are not designed to last. This makes electronic waste one of the fastest growing waste streams in the world. And our phone is one of the biggest causes. So this is a new kind of phone. It's made of blocks. Detachable blocks. They're all connected to the base, and the base connects everything together. Electrical signals are transferred through the pins, and two small screws lock everything in place. So if for instance your phone is getting a little slow, you could just upgrade the block that affects the speed. Or if something breaks you can easily replace it with a new one, or update it with the newest version.

DHCP Installation 05

16:53
Here we take a look at the installation and configuration of DHCP in Windows Server 2012 R2. We walk you through the entire installation and configuration of a DHCP server and explain why this is very important for active directory domain join's. We also go over basic ipconfig commands in order to receive an IP and general things that I find a lot of newcomers struggle with. I get a lot of friends in India asking these kinds of questions so I figured that I would explain why they get errors when they try to join the domain unsuccessfully. When setting up a new DHCP server and Windows domain usually they still have an old lease from the router. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions. https://www.facebook.com/SysadminSyndicate
