How to disable Client Forwarding Rules To External Domains in Office 365/Exchange

08:04
Client forwarding rules is a common method for data breaches in Office 365. What they do is make every email that is received by an Office 365/Exchange mailbox get forwarded to an external party. This setting is available automatically in the Office 365 Enterprise SKUs via Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center but you can also set it up manually in EAC (Exchange Admin Center).

Protected Trust Enhanced Identity Verification Process

01:56
This video describes the identity verification process for Protected Trust's Email Encryption Services. This email communication is complaint with major regulations, such HIPAA, GLBA, SOX and more. More info www.protectedtrust.com. There are several recipient verification methods available with Protected Trust. In the first example, I'll show you the recipient verification process for "registered credentials." The sender chooses registered credentials. If this option is not available, it means that the recipient is not yet a registered Protected Trust user. The sender then clicks "Send Now." The recipient receives a notification email and opens the protected message. Since the sender of this message selected "registered credentials," the recipient must enter his Protected Trust password and click "Sign In" to view the message. In the second example, I'll show you the recipient verification process for "phone verification." The sender chooses "phone verification" and enters the recipient's phone number and clicks "Send Now." The recipient receives a notification email and opens the protected message. Since the sender of this message selected phone verification, the recipient must click either "Send me a text message" or "Call me." In this example, the recipient clicks "call me" and receives a phone call with the verification code, enters it in the box, and clicks "Continue" to view the message. In the third example, I'll show you the recipient verification process for "shared secret." The sender chooses "shared secret." For the question, the sender selects "What is your account number?" and enters the recipient's account number as the answer. He then clicks "Send Now." The recipient receives a notification email and opens the protected message. Since the sender of this message selected shared secret, the recipient enters his account number and clicks "Continue" to view the message.

SMS Marketing Canada: 9 Things You Must Know!

05:25
Visit us online: https://localtextmarketers.com/ If you're interested in SMS marketing in Canada, there are 9 things you must know before getting started. SMS Marketing Canada - 9 things Hi guys, Paul from Local Text Marketers here. In this video I'm going to tell 9 things you must know about SMS Marketing in Canada. I'll be right back in just a couple of seconds, stick around, please don't go anywhere! Alright, welcome back and thanks so much for sticking around. Before I begin, one small thing. I will be talking about Canadian anti-spam law in this video, so it's important I point out that I am not a lawyer, and I do not play one on the Internet. Always consult with your own attorney before making any business decisions related to SMS marketing in Canada. OK so, with the formalities out of the way, let's dig right into the topic of this video - 9 things you must know about SMS Marketing in Canada - starting with... Number 1 The law that pertains to the sending of commercial SMS messages in Canada is known as CASL, or Canada's Anti Spam Legislation. This law also applies to emails, some social media communications and even the installation of computer programs. Number 2 CASL is fundamentally a law about consent. In other words, permission that your clients provides to you so that you may send them commercial messages. In CASL, there are two kinds of consent... The first is express consent. This is pretty simple; your client provides direct permission for you to message them. The second type of consent is called implied consent, and it is based upon an existing business relationship. Implied consent is a little bit confusing so instead of muddling up this video with a long discussion on it, I am going to cover the consent aspect of CASL in another video. Number 3 Implied consent means you can send SMS marketing messages to customers and clients with whom you have an existing business relationship - provided the last transaction occurred within the last two years. Number 4 This one is very important. Just because you have the legal right to message your clients and customers with SMS doesn't mean they are going to appreciate it. In fact, one of the easiest ways to damage your brand, alienate your clients and generally piss people off is to start sending them text messages "out of the blue." That`s because unlike unwanted emails - which are common, but not particulary intrusive or annoying - text messages bypass your clients' filters and end up right in their personal space. That's because cell phones aren't just phones, like landlines used to be. They are the hub or control center of people`s lives and social networks. People have an intimate relationship with their phones. The average person checks their phone 150 times per day, regardless of whether or not it signals an alert - and has their phone within arms' reach 14 hours out of every day. Text messages, when they arrive, almost always originate from someone in their immediate social circle. When they do not, the you-know-what can hit the fan. If you are going to start messaging your clients out of the blue based on implied consent, the first message you send is critical. Otherwise you risk alienating your clients and damaging your brand. If you need help with that initial message, just let us know - we'll be happy to help. You can contact us on our web site, LocalTextMarketers.com. Number 5 Having the legal right to message your clients does not exempt you from having to send your messages on CASL compliant messaging templates. Such templates must provide your clients with the ability to unsubscribe with a single click, as well as include a link to information that identifies the sender of the message. Number 6. Canadians are still pretty skeptical of text marketing, which means you will need to make sure you address their concerns and reservations when you start or promote any SMS marketing program in Canada. Typical concerns include the possible cost of the service, privacy and data sharing, message frequency, personal control over the subscription and so on. Number 7. Because Canadians are skeptical, your incentive - the ethical bribe you're going to offer in exchange for the opportunity to market to someone's phone - is going to need to be valuable enough to overcome any potential reservations. Number 8 When messaging your clients, your number 1 focus should always be what's in it for them. After composing a message, if you can't answer this question, don't send the message. Number 9 Always use deadlines - and if you can, scarcity - in your promotional messages in order to incentivize action. Promotions without deadlines won't generate the same results as those that do, because there's no compelling reason to act. #SMS #SMSMarketing #SMSCanada

Learn Email Marketing Lesson 2 - What not to do

04:41
Customers are the lifeblood of any business, online or offline, right? Sales reps are employed by businesses in the real world to call on potential clients on an ongoing basis, until they get a client. You can add your business to http://www.mrbusiness.ca to start marketing. You can get the complete PDF copy at http://www.mrbusiness.ca Collecting email addresses from people who visit your online space in exchange for something is what’s known as email marketing. The purpose of this strategy is to give a visitor to your website a free gift in exchange for their personal details. You can offer anything really, but it’s best to give them something of value. A video course, eBook and/or a weekly newsletter can be enough to “squeeze” an email address out of a visitor. What’s Important about marketing your business in this way is that you are given “permission” to contact these people to offer your products. Contrast this approach to what people are used to each day, which is “interruption” marketing, where you are forced to sit through advertisements without much consent from yourself. On the Internet the process should be the same, but unfortunately all you have is your website, and what I see more often than not, are websites set up to market their products to one prospect at a time. There’s no continuity, no relationship building, and as a result, inevitably.. less customers and less sales. This is why “list building” has been continually touted to new marketers on forums across the web, but far too many people are not listening, I hope you’re listening? You see, your email list is the solution to bridging this gap between unique visitors and consistent visitors. Content Resource from Declan O' Flaherty at http://digitalprofitclassroom.com/master/

Email Nightmares Resolved

00:44
http://premiumwebsites.net/email-nightmares-resolved How to Streamline Email I get clients that say things like: "My computer just crashed and I no longer have that email with my passwords - can you tell me that information again" or "I do not want a domain based email because it will be a hassle to keep track of 2 email addresses." My Email Solution Domain based email addresses are no longer an option - they are mandatory going forward for any business owner. If you question that statement read this article on email deliver-ability. I anticipate that the actions Yahoo has taken to fight spam will be implemented by all email services in the future. Once you have your domain based email set up you now need to know how to check that email address so you never miss an email. I suggest Gmail, but any service that you are used to using should work - as long as it is in the cloud and not machine based. Anytime you have machine based emails you are at risk of loosing information. All machines crash, it is a matter of when. Also if you are an employee that changes jobs - your emails stay with the old job. Not an ideal solution. To protect yourself you need to store your emails in the cloud somewhere. The Gmail Solution Gmail is a free email service that comes with 15GB of storage. Large attachments can be used via Drive as well. No longer is there a need to use YouSend it or any other large attachment service. Gmail has settings that will allow you to pull in your emails from the server - eliminating the need to periodically login into the email box directly to delete old emails. It will also allow you to reply from the same email address that the sender used. You do not have to remember to look how the email was sent - it is automatic.

How To Avoid Spam Filters When Sending Emails From Mailchimp

04:20
In this MailChimp video tutorial you’ll learn How To Avoid Spam Filters When Sending Emails From MailChimp. READ THE FULL TUTORIAL https://chimptutorials.com/how-to-avoid-spam-filters/ SEE THE TUTORIAL ON SLIDESHARE https://www.slideshare.net/LarryGMaguire/how-to-avoid-spam-filters-when-sending-emails-from-mailchimp Hello and welcome to my YouTube Channel. I'm content writer Larry G. Maguire. I hope you enjoy this video - Subscribe to catch new material to help you build your audience online. HERE'S MORE ABOUT THIS VIDEO When sending emails from a third party provider like MailChimp, certain information must be set up so that the email clients of your subscribers see your emails as safe. When you verify your email domain in MailChimp, it checks that you are using a valid "From email address" hosted at your domain. This is to ensure you aren't sending emails from bogus domains. This helps keep your campaigns out of recipient's spam folders and protect your reputation as a genuine source. To verify your domain on MailChimp click the link in your MailChimp account as explained in the above video, enter your email address and MailChimp will send you a verification email. When you get this verification email, copy the verification code and paste into the field in Mailchimp. IMPORTANT NOTE Free email account policies from the likes of Gmail, Yahoo and AOL, these free accounts can not be used to verify your domain. You need to own the domain and have access to the DNS of that domain to affect domain verification on MailChimp. *** SUBSCRIBE FOR WEEKLY TUTORIALS https://chimptutorials.com/subscribe *** JOIN ME HERE Blog: https://chimptutorials.com/articles YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/larrygmaguire Twitter: https://twitter.com/LarrygMaguire Medium: https://medium.com/@LarryGMaguire Creativity: https://larrygmaguire.com/blog ***

Outlook Can not Connect to GMail | Keeps Asking for Password | For Two Step Verification Users

05:14
Outlook Can not Connect to GMail | Keeps Asking for Password | For Two Step Verification Users In this video we will deal with the weird situation that you might face while configuring your Gmail Account with Outlook. At the end of the configuration you may receive this annoying pop up, asking for password and no matter how many times you provide your correct password it keeps on poping up. So in our previous video we saw how to enable the feature "Less Secure Apps" and then you can easily be able to configure your G-mail account. But it will not work if you have "Two Step Authentication" enabled on your gmail account. Two Step Authentication is a feature that makes it possible to generate and use a 6 digit security code every time you log on to your Gmail Account through Browser. You can view the previous video and resolve the issue right away by clicking on this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHXsXyMjPQ4 if you have not enabled the "Two Step Authentication". In this video, we will see how to make it possible without disabling the "Two Step Authentication" feature, which indeed a neccessary feature in today's world where number of online frauds have been increased bruty. So in order to get rid of this annoying pop up we will create an App Password and enter it in the password. Lets see how to create the App Password here. p up, lets create an App Password. So Login to your gmail account. As I have Two Step Authentication enabled, I will get the security code on my registered mobile number. Enter the code and login. Now For those having '2-Step verification' enabled follow this simple steps without disabling this feature to gain access to your Gmail account through the Outlook. 1) Login to your mail account. 2) Click on the icon on the top right corner and then click on "My Account". 3) Now click on "Sign in And Security". 4) From here, click on "Connected Apps and Sites". 5) Click on "App Password" which is currently says "NONE". It means that you have not generated any App Password for your account . Once you click on it will ask you to provide your Account password again. Type in the password. Note : Here you can see what exactly this App Password does. It says "App passwords allow 2-Step Verification users to access their Google Accounts through apps such as Mail on an iPhone or Mac, or Outlook. We'll generate the app passwords for you, and you won't need to remember them." 6) Now all you need to do here is to click on "Select App" drop down and select "Mail" on my "Windows Computer." and then click on "Generate". Note down the password generated here and paste it in the password field of security pop up in outlook. That's all and you wont ever receive that irritating and annoying pop ever again.

But are all foods truly created equal in terms of how they affect our health and weight? Given the barrage of competing information directed at us every day, what do we really know about healthy eating? Robert Lustig, MD, is Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at University of California, San Francisco, and the author of Fat Chance: Beating the Odds against Sugar, Processed Food, Obesity, and Disease.
