10 Psychology Problems Caused by Parenting Behavior

07:01
With most psychological issues, the reasons are quite trivial: childhood emotional impressions. You should know that your low self-esteem and anxiety might be caused by certain parenting mistakes. TIMESTAMPS Lack of independence 0:36 Depression, a feeling of guilt 1:35 Inability to rest and relax completely 2:25 Harmful addictions and extreme sports 2:55 Personal life issues 3:29 Search for a parent-partner 4:01 Suppression of own talents and lack of initiative 4:19 Closeness, suppression of emotions 4:46 Extremely low self-esteem, desire to be like someone else 5:11 Lack of independence, irresponsibility 5:45 SUMMARY Parenting mistakes are quite common, but their price is too high. With our own unrestraint, overindulgence, inconsistency, or over-busyness, we make our children nervous and naughty. You are capable of avoiding this. You only have to cherish, understand, respect, and love your kids. Do any of these situations sound familiar to you? Then show this video to your parents. If you’re still a child, they’ll probably change their behavior for the better. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe to Bright Side : https://goo.gl/rQTJZz For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brightside/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brightgram/ 5-Minute Crafts Youtube: https://www.goo.gl/8JVmuC  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.brightside.me/

When mental illness enters the family | Dr. Lloyd Sederer | TEDxAlbany

15:17
This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. What must families know if they have a loved one with a mental illness? In his talk, Dr. Lloyd Sederer discusses the four things we all must know to help those who may be struggling around us. Lloyd I. Sederer, M.D., is Medical Director of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), the nation’s largest state mental health system. He provides medical leadership for a $3.6 billion/year mental health system which annually serves over 700,000 people and includes 24 hospitals, 90 clinics, two research institutes, and community services throughout a state of ~ 19 million people. Dr. Sederer is an Adjunct Professor at the Columbia/Mailman School of Public Health. Previously, Dr. Sederer served as the Executive Deputy Commissioner for Mental Hygiene Services in NYC, the City’s “chief psychiatrist.” He also has been Medical Director and Executive Vice President of McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, a Harvard teaching hospital, and Director of the Division of Clinical Services for the American Psychiatric Association. In 2013, Dr. Sederer was given the Irma Bland Award for Excellence in Teaching Residents by the American Psychiatric Association, which in 2009 recognized him as the Psychiatric Administrator of the Year. He also has been awarded a Scholar-in-Residence grant by the Rockefeller Foundation and an Exemplary Psychiatrist award from the National Alliance on Mental Illness. He has published seven books for professional audiences and two books for lay audiences, as well as over 400 articles in medical journals and non-medical publications including TheAtlantic.com, The New York Times/The International Herald Tribune, The Wall Street Journal, WashingtonPost.com, Commonweal Magazine, and Psychology Today. He is Medical Editor for Mental Health for the Huffington Post where ~ 200 his posts and videos have appeared. In 2013, Dr. Sederer published The Family Guide to Mental Health Care (Foreword by Glenn Close), for families of people with mental illness. He also has co-authored, with Jay Neugeboren and Michael Friedman, The Diagnostic Manual of Mishegas (The DMOM), a parody on the DSM. Dr. Sederer appears regularly on radio and television. His website is www.askdrlloyd.com. SECRETS AMISH Families Don't Want You To Know

11:25
SECRETS Of AMISH Families EXPOSED! Try out ThePremium Network for free: http://goo.gl/tKP14q Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] They tend to keep to themselves, so most of us don’t know much about the Amish. We know that they wear out-of-date clothing, and drive horses and buggies - but that’s about it. Today we are going to let you in on some hidden secrets that Amish families would prefer to keep to themselves. You may have heard about the tradition known as rumspringa, since it’s generally portrayed in pop culture as a form of Amish spring break. However, the reality is far less tantalizing than you might think, and occasionally involves some drunken buggy driving. Different Amish settlements follow different sets of rules, which are called Ordnung. Some of the rules are universal, while others vary and control everything from what you wear to whether or not the settlement has a vehicle. Amish children do have their own schools, but they only go up to the eighth grade, meaning that all of their teachers only have an eighth grade education themselves. Courtship tends to be a quick affair in Amish culture. One day an Amish boy gives a girl a buggy ride home, and the next thing you know her parents are bundling them up to for bed, literally. Having your parents tuck you in when you’re no longer a child is awkward, but having them also tuck in your boyfriend and then place a board between the two of you is something else! You might be surprised to learn that not all Amish completely shun technology on principle, and they come up with some rather ingenious ways to get power while staying off the grid. 11:00

Check out these 7 differences between the rich and poor and use them as your own financial tips to become rich. TIMESTAMPS Rich people don't try to show off their wealth. 0:55 Rich people invest money in certain expensive items. 2:28 Rich people make their money work for them while poor people work for their money. 6:46 Rich people know how to manage their money. 7:42 Rich people see opportunities while poor people see obstacles. 8:18 Rich people concentrate on what they want to achieve while poor people focus on what they want to avoid. 8:59 Rich people face problems while poor people try to ignore problems until it's too late. 9:45 Music: Andrew Huang - Club https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Those who have a lot of money don’t always flaunt their wealth. If they use a credit card, they do everything to avoid paying finance charges. -Rich people see opportunities for growth and success in everything they do. -The rich are willing to overcome obstacles to achieve their goals. They realize that you can’t win without taking risks. -Rich people choose to face their fears to become a more successful and powerful individual. 19:33
Tamara Afifi is a Professor in the Department of Communication at UCSB. Most of her research focuses on how family members cope communicatively with various challenges they face. When examining her research program, two primary themes emerge: (1) information regulation (privacy, secrets, disclosure, avoidance) in parent-child and dating relationships, and (2) communication processes related to uncertainty, loss, stress and coping in families, with particular emphasis on post-divorce families. Professor Afifi was the recipient of the Young Scholar Award from the InternationalCommunication Association in 2006 and the Brommel Award from the National Communication Association in 2011 for a distinguished career of research in family communication. She has also won several other research awards, including the Franklin Knower Article Award in 2004 and the Distinguished Article Award in 2008 from the National Communication Association. Finally, she has received numerous teaching awards, including a Distinguished Teaching Award from the faculty senate at UCSB in 2009. 10 Things That Can Be Surprisingly Dangerous for Your Family

10:48
How to protect yourself from radiation? How to keep your family safe? You don’t have to travel to a certain place in Ukraine or take a walk around a nuclear power plant to meet radiation. Some ordinary things we use every day seem to be quite harmless, and we have never thought about how dangerous they can be. How much of it is fatal? You’ll find out in this video. TIMESTAMPS The nature of radiation 1:02 Common things you didn’t know were radioactive: Bananas 2:36 Beer 3:31 Potatoes 4:06 Cigarettes 4:34 Exit Signs 5:25 Kitty Litter 6:17 Granite Kitchen Worktops 7:18 Old Pottery and Glassware 7:56 Glossy Magazine Paper 8:49 Grand Central Station 9:37 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Radiation can be human-made and natural. Particulate radiation happens when particles give off the energy of mass they don’t need. Electromagnetic radiation is of similar origin, but it travels in waves and weighs nothing. -An average banana emits about 14 decays per second and has around 450 mg of potassium in it. -Beer does contain around 390 pCi/kg of potassium-40. The amount is so insignificant you can consider it just one of the ingredients, maybe. -Potatoes have between 1 and 2.5 pCi/kg of radon-226 and 3,400 pCi/kg of potassium-40 in them. -Many sorts of cigarettes contain materials like polonium-210 and lead-210. Both of them are radioactive, and polonium-210 was even used to kill Alexander Litvinenko. -Samples of a radioactive isotope of hydrogen called tritium are stored inside exit signs. -Kitty litter is a common source of radiation. In fact, if you try carrying it across the border in an amount large enough, it can be the reason for the alarm to sound and your journey to be interrupted. -Granite is great at retaining radiation, which occurs naturally. -Many pottery items which were produced in the first half of the 20th century contain rather a high amount of uranium. -Magazine paper has to be covered in kaolin, which is a sort of white clay. It can hold radioactive elements such as uranium and thorium. -The level of radiation in Grand Central station is so high it exceeds the nuclear plant's legal emission limit. Investigation Puts Ancestry DNA Kits To The Test Among Sets Of Triplets

04:39
Millions of people are purchasing and using home DNA kits to determine their ancestry. Inside Edition enlisted the help of two sets triplets and a set of quadruplets to investigate the accuracy of the at-home tests. Their ancestry should be absolutely identical since they all came from the same egg. Unfortunately, the reveal confused and disappointed the sisters because of the varied results. The set of quadruplets were almost identical and did not have the variations seen in the triplets.

5 Celebrity Feuds That Put The World Into A Frenzy

05:26
Subscribe for more amazing videos! ► http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Richest ◄ As much as we hate to recognize this fact, celebrities are just people. They have conflicts—with friends, family, lovers, themselves—just as we do. However, many of these basic human feuds are documented by the media, making them not so basic anymore. These interpersonal conflicts become spectacles that are watched by millions of people, speculated on by thousands, and secretly loved by all who profess to hate such drama, yet follow the stories. Thus, the spectators take an active part in the feud by picking sides and perpetuating false narratives, thereby encouraging strife. For this reason, these feuds are just as much a product of our curiosity as the problems between the rivals. The media controls the narratives, not the celebrities. In his video, we'll take a look at the media’s interpretation of five very nuanced disputes: Eminem vs Machine Gun Kelly, Kim Kardashian vs Chloe Grace Moretz, Drake vs Chris Brown, Kanye West vs Jay-Z, and Cardi B vs Nicki Minaj. 10 Unexpected Facts About The Amish That Will Make Your Skin Crawl

12:29
10 Things you never knew about the Amish community! Subscribe: https://goo.gl/Hnoaw3 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reality television cameras have shed a light on the secretive world of the Amish. That doesn’t mean we know everything about this interesting community. But, the things we have learned are completely surprising. These are ten unexpected facts about the Amish that will make your skin crawl. The Amish don’t like to be told what to do by the outside world. Because of this, they are less likely to follow English laws. There are several instances of unreported crimes being covered up, and there is even an epidemic of teenagers driving their buggies under the influence. But, you’ll have to check out the video to see how law enforcement chooses to deal with these cases. Because of the small size of many Amish communities, dating within its confines get a little tough. Since they aren’t allowed to marry anyone outside their religion, they are limited to a small group of people. Many times this results in congenital disabilities and genetic disorders in their babies because they are essentially reproducing with other members of their family. When you think about Amish people, you probably think they are healthy because of all the hard work they do. But, because of soaring land prices, many men are leaving the farm and getting factory jobs outside the Amish community. This is leading to large waistlines and heart disease in the Amish population. And, when you see their diets, you’ll know why. Check out the video to see more about these stories, and learn about others like the patriarchy, puppy mills, and shunning in Amish communities. After watching, don’t forget to tell us what you think in the comment section below! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheTalko Twitter: https://twitter.com/thetalko Instagram: https://instagram.com/the_talko ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.thetalko.com/

The top 7 things NOT to do when starting a business

I am enthusiastic about entrepreneur videos. I have searched on Youtube and Google and I always get videos/articles about what to do. I believe knowing what NOT to do is equally important. Usually, all I get is generic tips such as "dont grow too fast" but there are no concrete case studies. But when it comes to successful stories, there are specific examples we can learn from. I was thinking if maybe you can have videos/articles analysing and explaining how some real businesses failed, especially start ups. It would be great if you can use your influence to encourage entrepreneurs who have failed to share their stories with you. That way, the mistake will only be made by once because we all will have learnt from it Hopefully you'll consider my suggestion" ENGAGE * Subscribe to my channel: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=Modelingthemasters * Leave a comment, thumbs up the video (please!) * Suppport me: http://www.evancarmichael.com/support/ CONNECT * Twitter: https://twitter.com/evancarmichael * Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EvanCarmichaelcom * Google+: https://plus.google.com/108469771690394737405/posts * Website: http://www.evancarmichael.com EVAN * About: http://www.evancarmichael.com/about/ * Products: http://www.evancarmichael.com/zhuge/ * Coaching: http://www.evancarmichael.com/movement/ * Speaking: http://www.evancarmichael.com/speaking/ SCHEDULE * Mon - 1 Minute Mondays: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiZj-Ik9MmM2HwduoMCpvZRhd2qE22Fg- * Tues - Tech Tuesdays: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiZj-Ik9MmM3NGvdl33mEwdUdr19zti9s * Thurs - Thankful Thursdays: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiZj-Ik9MmM2Scsq-0Er3mA8U3Kqz9fiV * Fri - Famous Fridays: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiZj-Ik9MmM30QoA2ygo5RWzfQm8y7ScL * Sun - Famous Failures: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiZj-Ik9MmM2aeaKPqI5ILrNcLjbQZDob * Your Questions - Every day! 10 Signs Your Relationship Is Going Nowhere

08:05
How can you tell a real relationship from one that is doomed to fail? When you fall in love, your judgment gets clouded because you see your partner and the relationship through rose-colored glasses. By the time you realize that something has gone terribly wrong and your bond wasn’t as real as you thought all this time, you're in too deep. If you wanna know to figure out whether your relationship is going nowhere, watch our new video. TIMESTAMPS: There are no memorable moments whatsoever 0:53 Your partner is practically a stranger 1:40 There are no serious conversations 2:19 There are too many PDAs (public displays of affection) 3:00 There's a struggle for dominance 4:00 There's only chemistry between you and your partner 4:42 There are secrets and lies between the 2 of you 5:10 You aren't patient with each other 5:47 You aren't acquainted with your partner's family and friends 6:15 There are communication fails 7:00 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - When your love is true, you preciously collect not only serious relationship milestones but such tiny things as inside jokes or cute nicknames you've invented for each other. - Opening up to another person is difficult. You need courage to tell your partner about your dreams, confess your secrets, and reveal your true thoughts. It takes time to start to trust the person you're with. - People who are really in love don't have any problems planning their future together, discussing weekend and holiday plans, talking about places to visit, and even dreaming about kids. - Little PDAs can be cute, but if you notice the alarming signs that we’ve mentioned, try to ask yourself if it’s really affection that you feel for your partner. - People who are in love try to be flexible so as not to hurt their loved one. They’re more concerned about their partner's feelings than about being the one who is always right. - There are couples whose relationships are based on their sexual attraction to each other. But when it comes to communication, things are not so great. Unfortunately, that's a clear sign that a relationship is temporary. - Real relationships are built on truth. In this case, partners don't have any doubts about each other, and their insecurities disappear. - When people are truly in love, they forgive each other’s shortcomings and mistakes. A real relationship is based on patience. - A person who has serious intentions, such as spending the rest of their life with you, will definitely want to introduce you to their family and friends. - The best foundation for a harmonious relationship is effective communication. But in certain relationships, there's often one partner who doesn't dare to speak freely. Sketchy Things Everyone Just Ignores About The Duggars

07:07
If you're new, Subscribe! → http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Nicki-Swift The Duggar family found international attention in 2008, thanks to the TLC show 17 Kids and Counting, which chronicled their lives in northwest Arkansas. Seen by the public as wholesome and old-school — if not a little strange — the Duggars made a cottage industry of themselves, just by being who they are: having tons of babies, not watching TV, and homeschooling their litter of kids. As they added more children, forcing the name of the show to change to 18, and then 19 Kids and Counting, they also gathered their own share of critics. Eventually, family scandals changed how the public perceived the clan. Here are some of the sketchier things about this famous family you might not have known about... 10 Mistakes That Make People Use You

08:40
Have you ever noticed that a good person isn't often well respected? Psychologists believe the reason is mistakes these people make in their behavior. Here’re the most common mistakes you probably do so that people don’t respect you and never listen to you. TIMESTAMPS Needless self-sacrifice 0:40 A lack of self-respect 1:30 Seeking approval from others 2:11 Thinking that the problem is only yourself 2:54 Showing off 3:43 A fear of rejection 4:23 Being deaf to your interests 5:09 You don’t limit what’s acceptable 6:00 A fear of loneliness 6:43 You believe you need to earn respect 7:33 SUMMARY - Don’t be afraid to tell the world about what you don’t like. Actually, it might cost people nothing to meet you halfway. Otherwise, your needless self-sacrifice won’t be noticed by anyone at all. - If someone behaves in a way that they don’t give a damn about you, it means they really don’t. Don’t look for excuses for rude people – they don’t deserve it. - You don’t need to be told you’re a good person to be one. Also, don’t be scared of criticism. People will criticize you all the time for anything you do, for one reason or another.  - There is no point in looking for someone to blame. Torturing yourself won’t bring you any love from others, but only pity.  - You can show you are worth something only by believing in yourself and being yourself. When you know your value, you don’t need to prove it to anyone. - Don’t be afraid to say "no." Even the nicest people in the world may try to use you if you allow them to. Help others only when you want to. - Learn to listen to your desires, and don’t be afraid of offending others. Normally, our fears don’t have a basis in reality, and it’s always possible to find a compromise. - You need to determine the limits of acceptable behavior, and don’t let others overstep these boundaries. People who agree to anything are not respected. - You don’t need to choose between your relationship and your self-worth. When others force you to make that choice, then something is going wrong. Be brave, and don’t be afraid of change. - You don’t need to "buy" love or respect. Learn to love and be loved unconditionally. Can you easily find a common language with others? 10 Gross Habits You'd Better Quit As Soon As Possible

08:56
We all have some everyday habits that are actually really dangerous to our health. For your own safety, and the safety of your family, you’d better stop doing these 10 things that seem good by mistake and follow some simple rules instead. When you were a kid, your parents probably taught you to immediately brush your teeth after meals, not to sit in front of the computer screen for too long, and to never stand near the microwave when it’s cooking something. Well, it turns out, you probably should’ve given up some of these habits a long time ago. Tooth enamel is the most solid part of the human body, but it becomes softer under acidic conditions, like after eating fruit or some dairy products. If you brush your teeth right after a meal, you can damage them by removing the enamel. Obviously, your eyes do get tired after staring at a computer screen for a long time. But being tired isn’t the reason why your vision might worsen. Microwave ovens aren’t as dangerous as many people think. In fact, this appliance is made in such a way that the electromagnetic radiation it produces can’t get out of its confines. The human body is amazingly self-sufficient, doing for itself tons of stuff so that you don’t have to, and that includes cleaning ears. Cleaning out your nose can lead to some serious problems because you can open it up to outside bacteria. Not all kinds of food really need to be washed before cooking. For instance, red meat and poultry should never be put under water. For a long time, people thought that sitting with their legs crossed was a sure-fire way to develop varicose veins. But recent studies show that it doesn't lead to this condition at all. Music: Vide Tracks - About That Oldie JR Tundra- Bubblegum_Ballgame Biz Baz Studio - Fun_Activity_Montage Silent Partner - Jack in the Box Silent Partner - Sophomore Makeout Rondo Brothers - Yellow Rose of Berkeley https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS You have to clean your ears regularly 0:33 You shouldn’t stand near the microwave when it's working 1:47 You don’t have to close the toilet lid when you flush 2:46 You should always wash your food before cooking it 3:21 Clean your nose out if you need to 4:14 Built-up limescale in a kettle is a health hazard 4:54 Always brush your teeth after eating 5:31 Crossing your legs is harmful 6:23 Working on the computer is bad for your eyes 6:59 Hold the steering wheel at “10-and-2” 7:38 SUMMARY -When you clean your ears yourself, you end up doing more harm than good. When you intrude into the ear canal, you cause an increased production of earwax. When pushed down, it may block the canal, which, in turn, can lead to a temporary loss of hearing. -Unlike X-rays or tanning beds, microwaves don't produce chemicals or radiation known to damage DNA and cause genetic mutations. -If the toilet lid is left open, little particles of the “stuff” you left in the bowl get sprayed up to 6 feet when you flush, sending bacteria all over the place -You should bake or boil meat without washing it beforehand. This way, the high temperatures will kill those harmful bacteria. -To get rid of everything inside, you can blow your nose carefully or rinse it out with saline solution. Cleaning out your nose can lead to some serious problems because you can open it up to outside bacteria. -Limescale is nothing but built-up calcium and magnesium carbonate. A lot of heartburn medicines are actually based on these chemicals, and people take them just fine. -If you brush your teeth right after a meal, you can damage them by removing the enamel. Do it 30-60 minutes after a meal instead. -Recent studies show that crossing your legs doesn’t actually lead to developing varicose veins. -Being tired isn’t the reason why your vision might worsen. Use a monitor with the right level of brightness, take breaks, and blink more often so that your eyes don’t dry out. -Experts actually recommend keeping your hands at “9-and-3”. This position will allow you to make turns even at high speeds. 16 Crazy Things That Are Considered Normal In Other Countries

13:44
Every country has its own laws, traditions, rules, and specific features that might seem strange and even shocking to the people of other cultures. For example, did you know that women in India can marry a tree? And it’s not because they are crazy about nature. Or that in South Korea babies are considered to be one year old at birth? Or that Australia fines its citizens that don’t show up to elections? Our world is amazing and unique and that’s what Bright Side keeps reminding our readers. The following 16 facts confirm this statement. TIMESTAMPS: Some women in India marry trees 0:53 Sundanese people in Indonesia sometimes use banana leaves instead of plates 2:02 There is a cult of live Kumari goddesses in Nepal and it is made up of little girls 2:44 People in Israel build temporary dwellings called sukkahs in order to live there during the celebration of Sukkot 3:41 Newborn babies in South Korea are considered to be one year old 4:23 A metro passes through a block of apartments in China 5:17 Fast food restaurants in the Philippines sell huge portions 5:54 A whole family can fit on one motorcycle in Pakistan 6:32 Egyptians have a completely different concept of traffic rules 7:02 People in Italy arrange battles of oranges 7:35 Residents of Great Britain need to buy a separate TV license for each TV set at home 8:37 There is a church tax in Germany 9:32 People in Australia are fined for not voting 10:29 In Canada, milk is sold in transparent plastic bags 11:07 There are a group of female wrestlers that wear colorful clothes in Bolivia 11:32 There is a special ’instrument of education’ called la chancla that moms in Mexico and other Spanish speaking countries use 12:35 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - After the ceremony, the tree is cut and burned and the woman is then allowed to marry a man. - People from completely different social positions can eat from one leaf: a taxi driver, a governor, an unemployed person, a teacher, the mayor of the city, etc. - People in Nepal believe that the Hindu goddess Taleju has an earthly incarnation in little girls whose bodies she sometimes possesses. - One should spend as much time as possible in a sukkah during the week of celebrations — eat there, rest there, and pray there. If living there is not an option, having meals in a sukkah twice a day is obligatory. - Newborn babies in South Korea and in some other countries are considered one year old. Additionally, it’s believed that a person becomes one year older not on their birthday (though that is celebrated too) but on the first day of the Lunar New Year. - There is an extremely atypical architectural solution that you can see in the Chinese city of Chongqing — the Liziba monorail train station is located inside a residential building. - Don’t get surprised if you see a portion of French fries for 6 people on the McDonald’s menu in the Philippines. - You can drive any way you want in Egypt and it’s unlikely that your driving license will be revoked. Of course, this type of driving creates traffic jams, emergency situations, and many dangers for commuters that are on bikes or walking. - Every year, in February or at the beginning of March, the Carnevale d’Ivrea is held involving the traditional battle of oranges. People throw oranges at each other like snowballs. - Kirchensteuer — is a church tax that is imposed on the parishioners of some religious communities in Germany. Roman Catholic churches, Evangelical churches, a unitary religious society of free Protestants, and Jewish communities are among them. - Australia is one country where people are required to pay a fine for not participating in the election. The fine is not huge, but still, it’s a penalty. - The idea of recruiting a number of simple Bolivian women to participate in wrestling competitions belonged to Juan Mamani, the manager of a team called the Titans of the Ring. Why Men Are Leaving The Workforce - MGTOW

10:59
Recent numbers show as that men who simply stop working are on the rise. In the United States we are talking about 7 million men who are neither working nor looking for work. But it’s clear that in other Western countries men are leaving the workforce as well. I see it happening around me, in my family and among friends, that more and more men just seem to throw in the towel. Women however are increasingly employed. Why Are American Health Care Costs So High?

07:53
In which John discusses the complicated reasons why the United States spends so much more on health care than any other country in the world, and along the way reveals some surprising information, including that Americans spend more of their tax dollars on public health care than people in Canada, the UK, or Australia. Who's at fault? Insurance companies? Drug companies? Malpractice lawyers? Hospitals? Or is it more complicated than a simple blame game? (Hint: It's that one.) For a much more thorough examination of health care expenses in America, I recommend this series at The Incidental Economist: http://theincidentaleconomist.com/wordpress/what-makes-the-us-health-care-system-so-expensive-introduction/ The Commonwealth Fund's Study of Health Care Prices in the US: http://www.commonwealthfund.org/~/media/Files/Publications/Issue%20Brief/2012/May/1595_Squires_explaining_high_hlt_care_spending_intl_brief.pdf Some of the stats in this video also come from this New York Times story: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/02/health/colonoscopies-explain-why-us-leads-the-world-in-health-expenditures.html?pagewanted=all This is the first part in what will be a periodic series on health care costs and reforms leading up to the introduction of the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, in 2014.
