05:05
Get Recruitment Notifications of all private and govt jobs , Mock test details ,Previous year question papers only at Freshersworld.com – the No.1 jobsite for entry level candidates in India. (To register : http://freshersworld.com?src=Youtube ) – This video is all about “Careers and Training courses for Big Data There are a handful of working definitions for big data, but to me it is most simply put as data sets so large and complex that it becomes difficult or impossible to process them using traditional database management applications. Granted, the term may apply differently to different organizations. For a smaller company, facing hundreds of gigabytes of data for the first time may trigger a need to explore new tools. Other companies that generate tons of transactional data, like UPS, wouldn't flinch with their existing toolsets until they hit tens or hundreds of terabytes. For freshers who wants to start learning big data here are a few tips: 1. Begin with the basics: If you are looking at building a career in big data, you can start with developing the core aptitudes such as curiosity, agility, statistical fluency, research, scientific rigor and skeptical nature. You have to decide which facet of data investigation (data wrangling, management, exploratory analysis, prediction) are you looking at acquiring. The first step to learning big data is to develop basic level of familiarity with programming languages. 2. Experience in programming languages: Begin with developing basic data literacy and an analytic mindset by building knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Pig Latin and HiveQL. Figure out where you want to apply your data analytics skills to describe, predict, and inform business decisions in the specific areas of marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. 3. Expertise in Hadoop: Developing knowledge about Hadoop Map-Reduce and Java is essential if you’re looking to be a high-performance data software engineer. 4. What are you looking for? If you are looking for a career switch to big data, begin with developing the skill sets required to work with Hadoop. A well-rounded understanding of Hadoop requires experience in large-scale distributed systems and knowledge of programming languages. 5. Data Analytics Skills: If you want to learn the fundamentals and want to get an indepth understanding of every aspect of Big Data, the resource material provided by Apache’s library is very useful. The Hadoop programme offered by Apache is an open-source software for reliable, scalable, distributed computing. Some of the other programmes offered are HBase Hive, Mahout, Pig ZooKeeper. 6. Online Courses: The big data universe is still very young, to get a well rounded expertise in big data it is important to learn and hone skills related to the subject. Decide on the course based on the skill set you're looking to get. Just by dedicating some time and energy, you can tackle learning big data with these free online classes. Applications of Big Data Big data includes problems that involve such large data sets and solutions that require a complex connecting the dots. You can see such things everywhere. 1. Quora and Facebook use Big data tools to understand more about you and provide you with a feed that you in theory should find it interesting. The fact that the feed is not interesting should show how hard the problem is. 2. Credit card companies analyze millions of transactions to find patterns of fraud. 3. There are similar problems in defense, retail, genomics, pharma, healthcare that requires a solution. The companies offering jobs on Big Data are : Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd, Accenture, Dev Solutions So let us summarize as Big Data is a group of problems and technologies related to the availability of extremely large volumes of data that businesses want to connect and understand. The reason why the sector is hot now is that the data and tools have reached a critical mass. This occurred in parallel with years of education effort that has convinced organizations that they must do something with their data treasure. Why renewables can’t save the planet | Michael Shellenberger | TEDxDanubia

Environmentalists have long promoted renewable energy sources like solar panels and wind farms to save the climate. But what about when those technologies destroy the environment? In this provocative talk, Time Magazine “Hero of the Environment” and energy expert, Michael Shellenberger explains why solar and wind farms require so much land for mining and energy production, and an alternative path to saving both the climate and the natural environment. Michael Shellenberger is a Time Magazine Hero of the Environment and President of Environmental Progress, a research and policy organization. A lifelong environmentalist, Michael changed his mind about nuclear energy and has helped save enough nuclear reactors to prevent an increase in carbon emissions equivalent to adding more than 10 million cars to the road. He lives in Berkeley, California. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx

Sustainable safeguarding of water resources

03:56
A project of the National Research Programme "Sustainable water management" (NRP 61). Prof. Dr. Adrienne Grêt-Regamey presents the research work carried out in the scope of the project: Access to water of good quality and in sufficient quantity is essential to human beings. However, land use and climate changes challenge this water availability. Political and administrative decision-makers depend on a scientific basis on which to build, in good time, measures for the safeguarding of water resources. Water is used for drinking, for the irrigation of fields and for the production of energy; we relax by the water and also have to protect ourselves against floods. However, human activity and climate change affect the ecosystems, thus interfering with their functions. When less water is available, many branches of industry are endangered. Additional costs arise when certain branches can no longer function as desired. It is therefore necessary to develop measures which safeguard the availability of good quality water in sufficient quantity. The project takes into account the entire water resource supply chain, from the supply in the catchment area all the way to the use in the valley, based on the example of the Rhône in the Upper Valais. Basic national and international political conditions and their influence on water management will be taken into account, as will the changes associated with the climate. A model will be developed that combines the hydrological, ecological and economic aspects of water resource development and portrays these in various scenarios. The effects of climate change and land use on water resources will be depicted in maps. In this way, it will be demonstrated that certain areas react more sensitively to climate change and socio-economic development than others, and suitable adaptation strategies can be formulated for the local stakeholders. Tools will be developed that will help the decision-makers to develop regional measures, thus ensuring that high quality water is available in sufficient quantities. These measures can for example include exploitation modifications and financial incentive systems. The regional players will above all have to adapt to climate change. When it comes to modifications in land use, they will possibly be able to weaken negative trends. Informations: http://www.nfp61.ch

What is machine learning and how to learn it ?

12:09
http://www.LearnCodeOnline.in Machine learning is just to give trained data to a program and get better result for complex problems. It is very close to data mining. While many machine learning algorithms have been around for a long time, the ability to automatically apply complex mathematical calculations to big data – over and over, faster and faster – is a recent development. Here are a few widely publicized examples of machine learning applications you may be familiar with: The heavily hyped, self-driving Google car? The essence of machine learning. Online recommendation offers such as those from Amazon and Netflix? Machine learning applications for everyday life. Knowing what customers are saying about you on Twitter? Machine learning combined with linguistic rule creation. Fraud detection? One of the more obvious, important uses in our world today. fb: https://www.facebook.com/HiteshChoudharyPage homepage: http://www.hiteshChoudhary.com

It definitely has a sexy tone to it right? Project… I just love the way it sounds. I wonder how cool it must sound in French. Proje… Well, project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique solution. Yeah that’s operations. No Well, the difference between a project and operations is fairly simple. A project ends. So, it’s temporary. You implement your project, you close it, you create a unique product/service/ or whatever outcome you wanted then you are done. Whereas in operations, it’s on-going and repetitive. You may have also heard about the terms program and portfolio. Let me just quickly explain them here. Program is multiple projects put together. Combined. And Portfolio is similarly. Multiple programs put together. So, it’s project, program, portfolio. Now before I go further, and dive deep. You need to understand something crucial. To run any project, you need 2 methodologies. The first one is a project life cycle and the second one is project management process. Most people confuse these 2. And if these are not clear, you can kiss the PMP certification goodbye. It’s absolutely amazing how many content creators in YouTube confuse these two. They are not interchangeable. You cannot afford to confuse a project life cycle with a project management process. Don’t worry I am going to make it very simple for you. Let’s start with Project Life Cycle. Project Life Cycle is unique to a project, to an industry, to your needs. It’s highly customizable. Think of it like this; a human development is a project. So, your life cycle is; 1) Conceiving 2) Birth 3) Childhood 4) Teenage hood. Teenage hood. Is that a word? Teenaging? 5) Adulthood 6) And death Easy stuff right? So, now if it was an IT project. I am not an IT but it would like something like this; High-level design Detailed Design Coding Testing Installation And Turnover This is project life cycle. The term cycle is a bit confusing here. I think. But who knows. This video covers; project management project management institute pmp project management professional certification project life cycle project management PMI managing a project project management fundamentals fundamentals of project management project management for beginners project management course

Today I’m going to share with you if blogging still works in 2019. There’s over a billion blogs on the internet. Should you even waste your time with blogging? If you have a blog and you are wondering if blogging is worth your time, watch this video. I’m going to give you my best 7 tips to get the most of your blog and I’ll answer the question if blogging still works in 2019. __________________________________________ RESOURCES & LINKS: Neil Patel Digital: https://neilpateldigital.com/ Hellobar: https://www.hellobar.com/ Subscribers: https://subscribers.com/ MobileMonkey: https://mobilemonkey.com/ “5 Tips For Writing An Awesome Blog Post” (video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygiAqYJq8No “8 Steps to Making Your Blog Successful - Passive Income Online Blogging” (video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e37nYDjDI_Q “How Digital Marketing Will Change in 2019” (video): https://youtu.be/b-gwbVJqi9Y Read more Blogging tips on my blog: https://neilpatel.com/blog ____________________________________________ ►Subscribe: https://goo.gl/ScRTwc to learn more secret SEO tips. Find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/neilkpatel/ Read more on my blog: https://neilpatel.com/blog The first tip I have for you is don't focus on quantity, focus on quality. The second tip I have for you is respond to comments. When you get comments on your blog. You need to respond. Think of a blog as a communication channel. If a friend was talking to you and they ask you a question and you don't respond that'll be rude. That goes with your blog as well. If someone asks you a question you need to respond. Someone leaves a comment, should at least respond with thanks even if that comment doesn't say much and if you're not getting any comments, at the end of your blog post end it with a question mark. The third tip I have for you is to encourage conversations. The way you do this is make blog posts conversational. You want to use the words you and I within your blog post. By using the words you and I, it makes your blog posts feel more like a conversation such as wouldn't you love how to double your search engine traffic, I know I would. Everyone says search optimizations hard, but you know what, It's not impossible and today I'm going to share with you how I doubled my search traffic and you can too. Now I'm just making that up. I didn't read a blog post on that, I probably should. But you can see how that's conversational. By creating a conversation you're going to get more comments. You also find that when keep it blog posts between five and six lines, It makes it easier skim. And the easier it is to skim your content, the more comments and conversations you're gonna create. The fourth tip I have for you is your blog isn't gonna just miraculously get visitors and then convert those into customers. Most people like my blog getting all this traffic but I'm getting no sales, no customers you know why? It's because you're not adding call to actions. It's okay to promote your business, it's okay to promote your services your product if you don't, you won't get sales so put call to actions in your sidebar. Look what I do on "neilpatel.com" If you read my blog, you'll see call to actions that drive you to my services page or my homepage and it's a great way to generate more leads and sales. The fifth tip I have for you is to collect emails. Have you heard the saying the money's in the list, it's a very common thing in the digital marketing world. If you collect the emails, leave a comment with yes. If you don't leave a comment below with no. Emails is one the most important things. You need to collect emails. If you have to take one thing away from this video. Go and collect emails. You can use a ton of free tools like "hellobar.com" to start collecting emails. Think of email collection as indeed. If you want a random person on the stream be like, will you marry me? Imagine me with a ring in my hand. And if you said that most people doesn't matter, if you look like Brad Pitt, or Angelina Jolie, or Ronaldo, or any popular Kardashian, most people are going to say No. Why, because they don't know you. But the moment you get to know people, they're much more likely to say, yes. You date someone for a year or two and then you ask them to marry you, they probably say yes. If they don't better get out of there. Now what you want to do is collect emails and using tools like hellobar, you can create like a lead magnet, where you're showcasing something like offering a free Ebook, double your traffic in 30 days. That's example of an Ebook that I can create. Doing simple things like that will capture you way more emails. The sixth I have for you is start collecting push notifications. #NeilPatel #ContentMarketing #Blogging

FAST TRACK ROUTE FOR CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS If you are an Indian Chartered Accountant (CA), who completed after May 2003, you can take the fast track route to gaining your ACCA membership. You will start at the Professional level, meaning you can apply for exemption from nine exams out of the fourteen of the ACCA Qualification.

How to Know if You're in the Right Job - Grant Cardone

48:27
Have you ever asked yourself if you are in the right job? How about if, and when you should quit a job? You need to know when it’s simply time to double-down or move on from a position. The first thing you need to do is a self-assessment. You need to ask yourself the right questions. You need to determine if the problem is the job itself, or you. Make the effort to take a serious look at if it’s you or the job. This assessment will let you then focus your energy on fixing the right thing. Either the job or your approach and attitude about it. If it is your attitude and approach and there are benefits to the job, commit and anchor in. If you think the role is wrong, look at where you want to be, what other people are doing, where people are making money. Make a concentrated effort to move to the position that you want and the one that will serve you best. When accessing your current role or a new one, review these points: 1. Company Performance and Culture -Is the environment and people positive and supportive? Or are people negative and tight with resources? -Is the company ethical? -Do people enjoy their jobs? -Are people showing up on time? -Do co-workers like each other? -Do people feel secure in their positions? 2. Senior Management and Leadership -Do you like the mission? -Does your boss respect you and your efforts? -Are there clear goals on how to grow the business? -Is company management investing in the business? -Is the company forward thinking or reactionary? -Does Senior Management appear smart, ethical and competent? 3. Compensation -Are you making money? -Are you being fairly paid and your job title reflects the scope of your responsibilities and what you actually do? -Do people feel underpaid and overworked? 4. Opportunity -If you aren’t making enough money are you learning other skills, making contacts, networking? -What other benefits are you receiving that compensate for the poor pay? -Do you know what you’re learning at work? Can you see your resume growing and feel your confidence increasing over time? You might discover that a small, solvent company with a great leader might be the best option for you. But it starts with you, if you’re attitude is wrong, you will pass by good opportunities. Keep in mind, the position has to serve you and your best interests. Put yourself first. You have to be selfish until you can be generous. ---- ►Where to follow and listen to Uncle G: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/grantcardone Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/grantcardonefan SnapChat: https://www.snapchat.com/add/grantcardone. What is Big Data?

05:47
What is Big Data (2018)? (In 5 mins) Big Data basically refers to, huge volume of data that cannot be, stored and processed using the traditional approach within the given time frame. The next big question that comes to our mind is? How huge this data needs to be? In order to be classified as Big Data? There is a lot of misconception, while referring the term Big Data. We usually use the term big data, to refer to the data, that is, either in gigabytes or terabytes or petabytes or exabytes or anything that is larger than this in size. This does not defines the term Big Data completely. Even a small amount of data can be referred to as Big Data depending on the context it is used. Let me take an example and try to explain it to you. For instance if we try to attach a document that is of 100 megabytes in size to an email we would not be able to do so. As the email system would not support an attachment of this size. Therefore this 100 megabytes of attachment with respect to email can be referred to as Big Data. Let me take another example and try to explain the term Big Data. Let us say we have around 10 terabytes of image files, upon which certain processing needs to be done. For instance we may want to resize and enhance these images within a given time frame. Suppose if we make use of the traditional system to perform this task. We would not be able to accomplish this task within the given time frame. As the computing resources of the traditional system would not be sufficient to accomplish this task on time. Therefore this 10 terabytes of image files can be referred to as Big Data. Now let us try to understand Big Data using some real world examples. I believe you all might be aware of some the popular social networking sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus and YouTube. Each of this site, receives huge volume of data on a daily basis. It has been reported on some of the popular tech blogs that. Facebook alone receives around 100 terabytes of data each day. Whereas Twitter processes around 400 million tweets each day. As far as LinkedIn and Google Plus are concerned each of the site receives tens of terabytes of data on a daily basis. And finally coming to YouTube, it has been reported that, each minute around 48 hours of fresh videos are uploaded to YouTube. You can just imagine, how much volume of data is being stored and processed on these sites. But as the number of users keep growing on these sites, storing and processing this data becomes a challenging task. Since this data holds a lot of valuable information, this data needs to be processed in a short span of time. By using this valuable information, companies can boost their sales and generate more revenue. By making using of the traditional computing system, we would not be able to accomplish this task within the given time frame, as the computing resources of the traditional system would not be sufficient for processing and storing, such a huge volume of data. This is where Hadoop comes into picture, we would be discussing Hadoop in more detail in the later sessions. Therefore we can term this huge volume of data as Big Data. Let me take another real world example related to the airline industry and try to explain the term Big Data. For instance the aircrafts, while they are flying keep transmitting data to the air traffic control located at the airports. The air traffic control uses this data to track and monitor the status and progress of the flight on a real time basis. Since multiple aircrafts would be transmitting this data simultaneously to the air traffic control. A huge volume of data gets accumulated at the air traffic control within a short span of time. Therefore it becomes a challenging task to manage and process this huge volume of data using the traditional approach. Hence we can term this huge volume of data as Big Data. I hope you all might have understood, "What is Big Data". How To Learn C++? (C++ Programming)

07:59
👉🏻 Check Out The NEW Simple Programmer YouTube Channel With NEW Programming Videos: https://simpleprogrammer.com/yt/spnewytchannel 💻 How Do I Learn C++ Programming? Learning C++ is one of the most discussed topics among software developers. C++ is definitely not an easy programming language to learn and so, there are a lot of confusion that surrounds people when it comes to learning c++ So, first of all, there are some things you need to know first, before learning c++ that applies to learning almost any programming language. Most starting programmers, when they want to learn to program, pick up a book and start reading. While there are some excellent books out there which attempt to teach you programming in a very hands-on approach, I think the best place to start is by looking at the source code of an actual working application and trying to figure out as much of what is happening as possible. This is difficult. It's going to feel uncomfortable, but that's ok. Get used to feeling uncomfortable. That is the only real way to grow in life. What I want you to do is to pick an open source application-preferably a popular one that is likely to be well-designed-and start looking through the source code. You can find plenty of projects on GitHub, so I'd recommend checking there. It's beyond the scope of this book, but it's even better if you can download the code and build and run the application yourself. If you have a friend that can help you with this, that's great. If you don't, it's ok. What is important is that you explore the code to get a feel for what the programming language syntax looks like and that you try and read the code and see if you can understand or make sense of anything. Use the application itself, if possible, so you can get a feel for the relationship between the code and what the code does. Like I said, this is going to feel very uncomfortable. You might feel like you're not understanding anything. Here are some pros of learning C++: - Is extremely popular, and therefore lots of support is available. - Has a large base of freely available code for download, while also supporting direct integration with ASM and C. - Is very powerful, and can be used to create just about any program, including low-level system programs. - There is a compiler for C++ on every major operating system. C++ programs that are purposely written for portability will work on many major operating systems with little change in code. - C++ is a language which is compiled (transformed from human readable code to low-level machine code), so it can often run faster than languages such as Java, Python, and C#; as it does not depend on an interpreter or a "run-time environment" which must be loaded beforehand. - Has a long established usage base that likely guarantees support for the language will continue for quite some time. - Many languages are based off of C/C++, such as Java, so knowledge in C++ will make it easier to understand these languages. - Has a relatively small associated C++ Standard Library as compared to languages such as Java's Standard Platform SDK or C#'s .NET Framework, permitting greater versatility and reducing the system footprint of resulting compilations. - Has a significant number of open source libraries available, including the Boost which are freely and widely available. So, despite that, there are a lot of resources you need to be aware of when it comes to learning c++. Wanna know more about learn c++ programming? Watch this video and find out!
