I have only seen the first 10seconds of this. All I've got to say, is It's About WHO you know! Not what you can do, what you can learn to do, not what you're capable of doing, none of it matters! It's all about personal relationships and WHO you know! Period. It doesn't matter how talented or smart you are, youre nothing, in nothing, without knowing top gate keepers, people who are hooked up, people who shake hands with millionaires and billionaires! It's all about who you know!
We own a little 530 sq feet house where I used to live for my student years. We rented that house for a 900 euros per month and we rented another house for me which is 700 sq feet, it is newer, more close to my high school and the rent is only 600 euros per month (includes everything: water, the electricity). Guess you only need 3percent downpayment in the states. Canada requires at least 10 percent if you are a credit hero whos willing to pay extra fees. Second problem is in Vancouver the cheapest house is around 2 million.
