Best known as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad—the #1 personal finance book of all time—Robert Kiyosaki has challenged and changed the way tens of millions of people around the world think about money. He is an entrepreneur, educator, and investor who believes that each of us has the power to makes changes in our lives, take control of our financial future, and live the rich life we deserve.
With perspectives on money and investing that often contradict conventional wisdom, Robert has earned an international reputation for straight talk, irreverence, and courage and has become a passionate and outspoken advocate for financial education.
Robert’s most recent books—Why the Rich Are Getting Richer and More Important Than Money—were published in the spring of this year to mark the 20th Anniversary of the 1997 release of Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book and its messages, viewed around the world as a classic in the personal finance arena, have stood the test of time. Why the Rich Are Getting Richer, released two decades after the international blockbuster bestseller Rich Dad Poor Dad, is positioned as Rich Dad Graduate School. Robert has also co-authored two books with Donald Trump, prior to his successful bid for the White House and election as President of the United States.

What people with money dont tell you is they had money before they were rich. The rich will always get richer and the poor will get perpetually poorer. It's not a mindset that keeps people in poverty but a system that profits off poor and mentally ill people becoming a commodity. Generally speaking, you should not trust someone with dentures and tiny glasses.
hello guys, before you go anywhere further with Robert, make sure to watch a video on my channel explaining why Robert is a SCAM and how he sold his name, be carefull guys, dont fall for it like i did.
I have a question, if everyone started working for cash flow, then what do we do to hire employees? I understand that this isn't the reality, 100% of people won't do this, but what happens if we have a massive increase that begins working for cash flow?
These Scammers look for people that are suckers, that is the basics of capitalism. For some to succeed many have to be enslaved in their systems. True wealth and freedom isn't limited by capitalistic principles. True freedom is greater than capitalism because everyone can enjoy it unlike capitalism. Capitalism is actually never going to help humanity, it is corruptible and inhumane in it's essence. And always creates unnecessary conflict, destruction and war.
These people sell a dream, but it's all founded on a lie and it's morally deplorable.
I am a millennial high school dropout who did not attend college. Yet, currently I am the GM of a company, ran others, was a contracted network technician for the Navy, amongst others experiences. I own my house and all the toys. According to the popular mental dynamic, I should be a failure financially. I have learned the power of passive income and how it correlates with freedom. The whole idea of working myself to death until I am 70 and spend my remaining years all feeble is just an absurd thought to me. Why work your whole life to just pay doctors when you can experience so many things and still pay your doctors.
This guy is a straight fraud. He has some good information like(working for money won't get your rich & buy real estate) but he is a fraud.
Below is his background on how he got "rich" not "working":
(1) Got his MBA from University of Hawaii
(2) Worked as a sales associate at Xeox for 4 years
(3) Started a company called "Rippers" that had some success & recognition but went bankrupt
(4) Started another company that went bankrupt
(5) In 1985, finnaly he bought a company that was centered around financial education that he ended up selling almost 10 years later.
(6) Writes a book: "If You Want to Be Rich and Happy, Don’t Go To School." which became famous based on his advice to young teenagers and young adults who probably did not want to go to school anyway.
(7) Moves onto writing more books and greatly expands his newly bought financial education company: "Rich Dad"
(8) Experiences massive success selling the book: "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which propegates not working & instead investing in real estate. This idea is not a strategy is not scaleable for the general population.
(9) His company files BR and is cited in several lawsuits for charging very high prices for his seminars without providing anything substantial in return.
Notice a pattern, he made ALL his money & wealth by teaching others how to make money and not work. He never actually ran a successful business or had a large portfolio in real estate that proves his strategies work.
Don’t preach this. This another embodiment of “follow your passion” ,but if everyone does this there will be no one the working class and career clusters will be over saturated and wages will adjusted accordingly.
Robert Kiyosaki is a liar and a thief and a fraud.
On his best days.
Follow his “advice” at your own peril.
There was no “Poor Dad.”
He made that up.
Kiyosaki’s father was the superintendent of schools for the entire state of Hawaii and he grew up living a life of privilege.
He screwed that up as an adult.
When he wrote that first book he owned no property, contrary to his wholly fabricated claims, and was on the verge of being forced into bankruptcy.
Kiyosaki is a master at “gassing people up” with “Hustler Porn,” (a term usually reserved for these ridiculous internet ads promising you that you can make $2 million in 10 weeks from scratch if you’ll just buy their stupid product) and he is so good at it that he can realistically be considered one of its true pioneers.
For years Kiyosaki partnered with a now long-defunct nationwide outfit called The Learning Annex, which did classes nationwide on a broad array of topics at discount prices, everything from cooking to filmmaking to real estate to trading stocks. His partnership with The Learning Annex made him millions.
About 12 years ago, in spite of their long-standing partnership and business arrangement, Kiyosaki’s true colors showed themselves, and he stiffed them on a $50+ million contractual payment that he owed them.
Whereupon The Learning Annex unceremoniously and utterly and completely collapsed, perhaps gone for good.
If you want to take financial advice from a thief and a liar and a crook and a fraud, be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.
Kiyosaki has no debt. He sells partial ownership of his possessions to a pawn shop and then pays the pawn shop back with the profits he makes. I hate that he uses the word debt because he does not take out money that he does not have covered.
How do you use debt to purchase real estate. How do you use debt to purchase real estate. How do you use debt to purchase real estate. How do you use debt to purchase real estate... fuck the video is over
I love this guy. I got out the rat race and semi retired at age 39. I will never forget his words 'once you spot an opportunity, you will never miss it.' Robert, thank you for not being affected by the haters, they will forever be the slaves in Egypt. Keep up the good work.
*The so-called "Income Tax" which is religiously paid by over 155 Million Americans in the US every single year after year is slowly being uncovered as a totally illegal operation by the US government!!*
*They are pulling a massive scam on most of these tax payers!!! The "Income Tax" is **_ONLY_** to be paid by those with an INCOME, and **_NOT_** those with either a wage or a salary...In other words, the word "Income" is defined as anybody or corporation who is pulling in a **_PROFIT_** and **_NOT_** those who are EXCHANGING time for money on a 100% equal value on either side!!*
*So, working $10.00 per hour is **_REQUIRING_** you to actually show up to work and work those 8 hours each and every single day **_IN EXCHANGE_** for a 100% fully equal $80.00 per day, as that is **_THE WORTH_** of that employee's time for each day in which they give up their freedom for...Taxation **_DOES NOT_** apply here whatsoever!!!*
*But it applies with **_only_** those who pull in a PROFIT, which is only about 3% of the defrauded people who are unsuspectingly paying taxation on their equal trading - which then **_DECREASES_** one side of the trade - which is the side of the unsuspecting employee, who is **_NOW_** working a full hour for only $8.00 and a full day for only $64.00!!!*
*The American Government is fleecing **_THE MAJORITY_** of its very hard working citizens, and nobody knows the wiser! A PERFECT Coverup!! But there have been **_many_** who have already come out fully exposing the evils of this nefarious ponzi scam, and there are even **_more_** now not afraid to shine the light upon this darkness, and are exposing the government!*
*It even says on the US Constitution that taxes are to be "Income" derived only! Even the IRS **_themselves_** fully admit that income tax is a **_VOLUNTARY_** Tax for those of whom do **_not_** derive an income, but merely trade their time for money!! It's all over the place! But don't believe a word I say about any of this....instead RESEARCH IT for **_yourselves!!!_*
I think its true that working 9 to 5 is being a wage slave. What this video highlights is how stuffed up the economic system is. There used to be a time where it made sense to tax the people who could afford it the most. What they forgot to say is the rich now create the truth. The rich get the poor to believe that this shit is ok and normal. I challenge the host to put his time and money into challenging these norms. His teaching may help some but not the majority. His plan to get rich will always involve the need for wage slaves. He excapes the system while leaving behind those stuck.
What seems to be omitted by the Kiyosakis of the world is that the system they live off needs sheep, lots of sheep AKA sheeple. In other words, if too many people are educated by the Kiyosakis of the world, the system will stop working.
In college I got into Robert Kiyosaki’s books. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. Robert is a great story teller but that’s about it. He never really shows you or tells you HOW to build wealth. He has these provocative statements like the one on the video saying “jobs are for losers”. It’s really misleading for a young impressionable mind. Don’t ever quit your day job; your income from a job is your only wealth building tool if you use it wisely. Live within your means and get/stay out of debt. Save money and invest it in stocks that give you a return above the S&P. Unless you invent something new or build a money making business (not easy to do), wealth creation is a very slow and gradual process and takes a whole lifetime of discipline and sacrifice; your income from your job is probably the only tool you have to get there. Instead of Robert Kiyosaki go find teachers like Dave Ramsey. Robert Kiyosaki isn’t completely a scam, but he’s not giving the full picture and really doesn’t care about people building wealth and is just here to get their money. Beware.
fuck you and your money........Father and Mother are ..My.. your treasure ...money its just a dust in aeys .Only in pure eyes you will see that you have lost

my english is not so good ..SRy
The Tax cut was across the board actually. In fact, those who a very wealthy and tend to reside in places like NYC, los Angeles, Chicago, etc. are heavily taxed at the local and state level. With the new tax bill, you cannot take a deduction on state income tax paid. This will greatly increase the tax bill of wealthy people residing in high tax states (which are many).
if my networth is 0 dollars. and i come out of school. Shouldnt i be working at a job, saving all my money, investing and trying to create a business for myself? Is the goal to NEVER get a job? or to not get STUCK in a job and invest while working. ( Temporary sacrifice ). Please give me your thoughts guys!
Alot of people do not have the education to become financially independent. The school system does not show us that. Did you meet any teachers that were financially independent?
Look into this statement that is not taught to you........Have your assets generate an income for you. This means own real estate or some other asset that can make you money; and by assets I don't mean a 401k or stocks and bonds. This is just a distraction to keep you a wage slave.
Totally BS! Don't listen to your dad(s). Robert allways tells the same BS. Talks about cars and money, but doesn't work for money. Well I do and I like to do it. The difference is how long and at what rate. If you make $10.000 pr. hour, it might be nice.
Fact is: Not anyone is fit for or interested in having employees. You might run a one man investment show with no borrowed money, but with your own and multiply it by working hard, because you like to work instead of driving around with 5 stupid Ferraris or Lambos. I rather use a bike and keep my money for investments.
Rich don't work for money but we all have to start somewhere. Use that job to fund your first few investments and take it from there. Banks are far less likely to loan money to someone who is unemployed. Once the passive income starts coming in, quit.
For everyone that wrote a comment on this video, let me explain a definition of a job it's working for some business or corporate entity for a certain amount of time stiplulated in a contract made by the corporation or business it's not a career
