I follow the same step as shown here but "authentication failed" after I click next. All information enter correctly? I had also try to add other emails account too and same error comes up. HELP anyone??

Thank you for this wonderful video. I got my personal and work email accounts set up. But every since I set this up, Exchange Services has been using up A LOT of data. Any advice on how to rein in Exchange Services? Is this happening because I did something incorrectly when setting up the email accounts? Thank you!
I am trying to set up my work email. It goes through the company website. Once I enter my email address and password, I press next and it doesn't go to settings like in the video, it asks me what kind of account is mine. Pop3, IMAP, or Microsoft Exchange Activesync. This is where I have the problem. I already tried to set up this email through IMAP but there was a server problem it said. I have set up my hotmail and gmail accounts ok. And when this email went through Telus, I had no problem then. But now I do. Please help, thank you

sounds like got the same problem with kashmir786, just upgraded my s4 to s5 at s4 I don't have any problem getting my emails, but on this new unit, I seem to have a bit of problem getting it work properly, there are few changes on the settings but everything else are pretty much the same, my problem is I am getting notification as far as March last year and that when I received new emails they don't stay on my inbox they are disappearing in few minutes and dont know how to retrieve them. Any feedback will be much appreciated.
i done everything i said on this video, but yet it still says authentication failed....... what do i have to do to get my emails on my phone, im fed up having to sign into my laptop to get my emails. takes the goodness of having a phone away, may i also mention that i've had my s4 for 6 or 7 months and this problem just magically appeared one day.

+Phones 4u this phone is so annoying, the password is obviously right as its the one i use on a daily basis the email account name is also correct and im in my home so im clearly using my wifi, but yet the box of authentication failed still appears, Come on some one at phones for you, help a guy out,
Give it another go and make sure you have all your details and password correct. If you’re still having problems then double check your internet connection, and if you’re having problems try connection to a Wi-Fi network. Let us know how you get on.

I brought new phone set up emails hotmail,yahoo, NTL, the issue i having is avery 5mins i getting around 40email that are around 3/5weeks old most are from my yahoo account i have deleted all my unread email from my pc. now getting email notication as far as 27/09/13 So guys please me out Thanks

Hi there. If you go into your email Settings and remove the sync limit, all your past email messages will arrive at once. That way you can either delete or read them, and you won’t have them syncing through at random. Hope this helps, let us know.
Hello,I configured my Office Email on the My Samsung S4 but I need to refresh it every time Email on my Phone.Is there any option where I can automatically receive mails without refreshing it all the time.My Phone is always online.
Hello. Can you synch anything other than the Inbox? After doing all this I can only see Sent messages that I sent from my phone since I added this account. I cannot see the Sent mail I had before I set this up.

Hi there Phones4u. My e-mail account is served by Google, however it is not an @gmail.com account. I am trying to add this to my new Samsung S4 phone, however everytime I attempt to add it is says "Authentication Failed" and will not add the account. I have a "griffithuni.edu.au" email address which is apparently associated with gmail. On my Iphone I am able to access this email and receive all my emails, but on the Samsung I am having trouble adding this account. It keeps saying "authentication failed" each time I try to set it up and get started.
