Finishing Q3 Pulse Motor Stator Wiring & Partial Assembly

0 ratings | 3112 views
Work on the Q3 Charge Accelerator pulse motor section continues. Read the full article here: http://www.thedoityourselfworld.com/articles/article.php?id=11406 I finished assembling the electronics section of the pulse motor which holds the bridge rectifiers and the solid state relays. Then I finished soldering the wires on the second stator half of the pulse motor. While soldering I also used heat shrink tubing to protect the exposed wire ends and solder joints. I used the heat from my soldering iron to shrink the tubing carefully. After soldering I wiped all the parts with a micro fiber cloth to remove any dirt and fingerprints. Next I put the shaft back into the motor half and assembled the magnet timing wheels. I also put the framing bolts together and slipped a stator half onto the frame. The pulse motor section of the Quanta Magnetics Q3 charge accelerator is starting to look very good now. Thanks for watching. Please Subscribe & follow my daily videos. How can I polarize each Stator coil set South & North using a small voltage and a magnet?

WOW...Looks fantastic. I know it is a high end item but still the machine work is excellent. Alignment is very precise. Take your time and you should be good to go when it is finished. Not saying it is going to work, just saying that mechanically and electrically there should be no problems.

I would be nice if you could explain what each component is used for...

My heavens Where Is your latex gloves. Keeps all greasy fingerprints off everything involving the build. A real kit would have all prewound coils and soldered assemblies. This is a real from scratch build. Check for Troy' s hair loss video next. I am a electronic technician please put black electric tape over your wedding ring. Otherwise we will be entertained with the light show.

had to put my solar batteries on an actual battery charger for the first time ever since i got into solar system from watching you all these years...the most bla grey lousy wet winter ever...and still no sun forecast in the next 2 weeks to come...if that Q3 thing was only a few hundred bucks we would all be buying one due to this crappy winter !! keep on with the project...glad your doing 2 diff videos question Troy...do the components of this device look like basic off the shelf electronics or are these very special private design relays and ..well whatever the pieces are.... what im wondering if you get this one working could you buy all the stuff online cheap and make your own plastic forms to hold everything together and in place ?
Look at the Bedini SSG. I built my first one from all scrap junk. Its still going strong.

one time my dad worked all the time when he and my mom were young. He came home a built balsa wood air plans for fun. Big nice ones and my mom felt like he was ignoring her so when he came home from work one day he found that my mom had smashed them all LOL =) So spend more time with your wife or they do get more pissed than you know about. LOL They dont like it if they feel your ignoring them. =0

LOL she got her point across. He didnt do that anymore. She had a issue with my dad ignoring her. But she cured him of that.

Cool project! I bet that the large coils and magnets do pulse charge the heck out of a battery. Show everyone the water what it looks like after it start desulfating it turns murky gray from the desulfation that is blown of the plates. Spend a little less time working and more time playing cards or board games with your wife and hug and kiss and tell her you love her many times a day. My wife likes to play board games with me or friends.

So this is the first piece of your ironman suit right? It's the power source part that goes in your chest and glows blue right?

It Looks like it is really coming together Troy. Do you plan on using this to try to restore the Fork Lift batteries? Would they serve as a good backup battery bank or could you tie it in to your current bank to boost the amperage?
Thanks. Yes that is the plan. I hope to be able to restore them and swap battery banks each day
